Covid19 Business Update
DKB Household UK Ltd has adopted remote home working to protect our colleagues and their families. Whilst this means we are still available to help, our response times and our order shipping times may take a little longer than normal. Our opening times may also vary slightly to what is listed below.
Our warehouse is still in limited operation, which means we are still picking, packing and shipping. Therefore, as long as our couriers and Royal Mail are operational, we will still be able to send out items to you. As things change, we will update here as and when is needed.
Shipping & Delivery
Please note, we only deliver to addresses with a valid UK postcode, with exception of BFPO addresses. Any orders with a delivery address in highlands, remote areas or offshore make take slightly longer. We do not ship to ROI, EU or Internationally.
All orders will aim to ship within 2 business days after you have completed your online order. All shipping service pricing will be presented at checkout (flat rate £4.95). Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Any orders not within mainland UK may take longer in transit.

DPD will be the default service for all online orders.
What are the benefits for you?
The day before delivery is due, you will get an email and/or an SMS message confirming delivery. At this stage there are options to provide delivery instructions to DPD directly; e.g. change the date, collect from a shop, collect from a depot or to leave safe, to give the best chance of a delivery being made.
